Battery safety
WORKS FOR SAFE USE OF BATTERIES Dear customer
Lithium batteries are products used and replaced by professional technicians. Based on our deep understanding of lithium batteries, our company adopts various safety designs for lithium batteries. The products have passed relevant safety tests and comply with relevant product safety and transportation safety standards such as UL1642, UL2054, UN38.3, GB8897.4, etc. But lithium batteries are high energy density products that contain hazardous chemicals, which can cause environmental changes, external shocks, incorrect storage, and incorrect use
Under the influence of complex factors, lithium batteries still have the risk of heating, thermal runaway, smoking or catching fire, which may cause human injury or property damage.
In order to prevent risks, accidents, maximize the protection of your company's interests, and promote the sustainable development of our cooperation, we hereby
We solemnly make the following instructions to your company regarding the safety precautions for the use of lithium batteries. Please take them seriously.
During the use of Wenrui batteries, it is necessary to carefully read the "Product Specification" of the purchased product, fully understand the precautions for use, and comply with the following regulations:
1. Before use, do not remove the battery from its original packaging and store it in compliance with regulations;
2. Do not place batteries scattered together to avoid accidental short circuits;
3. Do not expose the battery to an environment above 100 ºC or burn it;
4. It is strictly prohibited to charge, forcibly discharge, squeeze, or puncture disposable lithium batteries;
5. Do not weld directly on the surface of the battery, use batteries with pre installed solder legs or leads;
6. Do not mix new and used batteries, or batteries from different origins;
7. It is strictly prohibited to have a short circuit between the positive and negative terminals of the battery, or to have the positive and negative terminals connected in reverse; It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and dissect the battery;
8. Do not transport or operate batteries through violent means such as throwing, throwing, or throwing;
9. Do not place the battery without any protection or install it in damp or corrosive environmental conditions;
10. For lithium-ion batteries used separately, the storage environment must strictly comply with the requirements in the specifications, and they need to be charged every six months;
11. Lithium ion batteries must strictly comply with the overcharging and overcharging management requirements in the Product Specification;
12. The product should be kept away from children and measures should be taken as much as possible to prevent swallowing;
13. When it is necessary to combine single lithium batteries in series and parallel, it is necessary to consult our customer service personnel in advance;
14. The battery should be removed from the instrument in a timely manner until the termination of voltage, and waste batteries should be disposed of in accordance with national and local laws and regulations.
Kind reminder
1) Before using the battery, please fully evaluate and strictly follow the "Product Specification" for operation.
2) Misuse may cause the battery to generate heat or even explode, potentially causing human injury or property damage.
3) The company will not be responsible for any accidents caused by misuse of the product due to failure to operate according to regulations.
4) Any questions should be promptly contacted by our customer service personnel.
